本文通过对协同的研究,提出在更广的范围内、更多的部门间的大协同办公系统,以适应不断变化的办公环境,实现系统与系统之间、系统内部各单位之间的信息交换、数据共享、协同办公、辅助决策等。通过对协同办公理念、数据交换、工作流引擎、智能表单、加密传输、印痕保留等技术的聚合研究,论述了协同办公系统的实现原理和方法。
