摘要
目的:研究甘肃醉鱼草地上部分的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱柱层析、聚酰胺色谱柱层析,通过波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:分离并鉴定了7个化合物为:木犀草素(luteolin,Ⅰ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅱ),反式咖啡酸(trans-caffeic acid,Ⅲ),顺式咖啡酸(cis-caffeic acid,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(β-stiosterol,Ⅴ),豆甾醇(stigmasterol,Ⅵ),二十九烷(nonacosane,Ⅶ)。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of Buddleja purdomii W. W. Smith. Methods : The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and structurally identified by spectral analysis. Results: 7 compounds were obtained as luteolin(Ⅰ) ,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glueoside, ( Ⅱ ) ,trans-eaffeie acid(Ⅲ) , eis-eaffeie acid(Ⅳ) ,13-stiosterol(Ⅴ) ,stigmasterol (Ⅵ), nonaeosane( Ⅶ). Conclusion: All these compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
