秋水仙碱对排卵和黄体化过程作用的实验研究

摘要 应用光镜、透射电镜及酶组化等手段,观察秋水仙碱对免排卵过程的作用.结果表明:秋水仙碱2mg/kg体内用药可完全抑制人绒毛促性线激素诱发的排卵.秋水仙碱主要抑制排卵前卵泡顶壁血管及胶原纤维的变化,对颗粒细胞黄体化及孕酮的合成和分泌无影响. The effect of colchicine on the process of ovulation and luteinization in rabbit was observed by LM, TEM and Histochemistry. The results showed that colchicine inhibited HCG-induced ovulation completely with a dose of 2 mg/kg administered in vivo, and that it mainly inhibited the changes of vasculature and the degradation of collagen fibers at the top wall of preovulatory follicle with the luteinization of granulesa cells and the synthesis and secretion of progesterone unaffected.
