摘要
测量了成人尸体101例.结果:左侧髂外、髂总静脉和下腔静脉的总长度为386.13±29.38mm,其直线回归方程为y=255.31+3.70X(r为0.62,t检验,P<0.0025).y表示总长度,X表示耻骨联合上缘和剑胸结合的间距;右侧髂外、髂总静脉和下腔静脉的总长度为367.95±30.12mm,其直线回归方程为y=215.90+4.80X(r为0.64,t检验.P<O.001);两侧髂总静脉间夹角为83°±37°16′;左侧髂总、髂外静脉的总长度为144.94±13.11mm,右侧髂总髂外静脉的总长度为127.04±17.94mm.结果可为心导管介入术提供解剖学资料,又为以耻骨联合上缘和剑胸结合的间距推算髂外、髂总静脉和下腔静脉总长度提供依据.
An anatomical measurement was made in 101 adult cadavers tor the intervention of the cardiac tube through the external iliac vein. The results were as follows : The total length of the left external iliac vein, the common iliac vein and the inferior vena cava was 386.13±29.38 mm and the linear regression equation was Y = 255.31+3.70X, where Y is the total length and X the distance between the superior margin of pubic symphysis and the joint of body and the xiphoid process of sternum. The total length of the right external iliac vein and the common iliac vein and the inferior vena cava was 367. 95±30.12 mm, and the linear regression equation was Y = 215.90+4.30X. The angle of two common iliac veins was 83°+37°6′, and the total length of the left common iliac vein and the external iliac vein was 127.04±17.94 mm. The results provide the anatomical data for the intervention of the cardiac tube.
