摘要
本文首先从因素观点、结构观念和能力观点分析了产业集群竞争力的内涵,然后从竞争力的显性实力、隐性潜力、环境条件即经济竞争力、集聚竞争力、环境竞争力三个角度建立评价体系,通过这三个方面有机的整体,全方位描述了产业集群竞争力评价指标体系的构成情况,最后利用BP神经网络综合评价模型对其进行评价。
The paper comprehensively describes the strength and weakness of industrial cluster＇s collective competitive force, with the help of evaluation system which is established with the following factors taken into consideration： external strength and latent potential of competitive force, environmental conditions including economic competitive force, agglomeration competitive rome and environmental competitive force.
