高校实行“毕业班党员结对帮助责任制”的实践与探索

Practice and Explorations of "Responsibilities System of Implementing Work Among Party Members of Graduates"

高等教育大众化给高校的学生管理带来了新的挑战,毕业班工作日益成为高校学生管理工作的重点、难点。文章针对目前高校毕业班管理出现的新情况和新问题,通过在毕业班实行"党员(1+1)结对帮助责任制",探索新形势下充分发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用、做好毕业班管理工作的新途径和新方法。

The popularization of the higher education brought about new challenges to the management of the students, especially the management of the graduates became increasingly hard and important. Concerning new situations and new problems arising in management of graduates at present, the essay explores new method of giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members of students under new situations, and of the management of graduates by the means of practicing responsibilities system of implementing work （1＋1） （A member of Party is expected to help one students in the class） among Party members of graduates.
