单晶MoO_3纳米带的合成与光催化性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以稳定的MoO3溶胶为前驱体,在180℃反应1—4 h,水热法制备了单晶MoO3纳米带,并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等测试手段对产物的组成和形貌进行了表征,探索了反应时间对产物结构和形貌的影响,同时研究了MoO3纳米带的光催化降解有机染料的性能。 Molybdenum trioxide nanobelts were synthesized via the simple hydrotherrnal reaction by using the stable MoO3 sols as precursor. The morphology and structure of the samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS and UV-Vis. The effect of different reaction time on the structure and morphology of the samples and the growth mechanism for MoO3 nanobelts were studied. The photocatalytic activity of the MoO3 nanobelts was investigated with some dyes.
