Importance of harmonious higher education on people-orientated principle is discussed. Meanwhile, the problems of teachers development, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and system of knowledge for sustainable development and quality education are discussed. Thus it provides a reference for the implementation of scientific development view on people-orientated principle, and for the higher education reform as well.
