摘要
作为软件工程的一个重要领域,软件需求管理一直受到人们重视。首先介绍了CMM框架和CMM中的需求管理关键过程域,然后较详细介绍了需求确认、需求跟踪、需求变更活动。最后,阐述了需求管理的重要性和必要性。
As an important part of software engineering. Software Requirement Management attracts more attention. This paper firstly introduces the framework of CMM and the CMM＇s RM KPA. Secondly, it discusses the authors＇ experineces of RM. And it introduces the procedures of requirement reviewing, requirement tracking, requirement modifying. Lastly, the article brings forward that we should aim at the improvement of entire software process in RM and steadily improve the capability maturity of the entire organization.
