糖尿病病人药物治疗依从性影响因素调查

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING DRUG TREATMENT COMPLIANCE OF DIABETES PATIENTS

[目的]了解泸州地区糖尿病病人药物治疗依从性现状及影响因素,为糖尿病的社区综合防治提供依据。[方法]采用问卷方式对医院门诊诊断的260例糖尿病病人进行描述性调查。[结果]糖尿病病人药物依从性为19.62%,糖尿病健康教育能提高药物治疗的依从性,地区、性别、年龄差异影响了糖尿病病人药物治疗的依从性,药物副作用、经济状况也是影响药物治疗依从性的不可忽视是因素。[结论]该地区糖尿病病人药物治疗依从性很低,多种因素影响了糖尿病药物治疗的依从性,这应当在糖尿病的社区综合防治工作中引起重视。

[Objective] To understand medication compliance and the influencing factors of diabetes patients in Luzhou region, and to provide basis for community comprehensive prevention and treatment of diabetes. [ Methods] A questionnaire investigation was conducted among 260 cases of diabetes patients diagnosed in outpatient clinic. [ Results] 19.62% of diabetes patients had drug treatment compliance, health education on diabetes could improve the treatment compliance. The region, gender, age, drug side effects as well as economic status could affect the drug treatment compliance of diabetic patients. [Conclusions] Medication compliance of diabetes patients in Luzhou is low, and varied factors affect the medication compliance, which should be paid more attention in conununity comprehensive prevention and treatment of diabetes.
