摘要
[目的]为了解广西大专一年级医学生焦虑现状,以便开展有针对性心理指导,促进学生心理健康。[方法]采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表,对广西柳州医学高等专科学校在校一年级677名大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]焦虑总发生率为16.6%,其中,肯定焦虑12.5%,明显焦虑3.4%,严重焦虑0.7%,不同专业、性别、民族、城乡生源、是否独生子女、是否贷款上学的汉密顿焦虑评分均分比较,除是否独生子女一项外,其余差异均无统计学意义。[结论]广西大专一年级医学生焦虑程度较轻。不同专业、性别、民族、城乡生源学生心态基本一致。独生子女有一定优越感。贷款上学并不造成贷款学生明显的心理负担。
[ Objective] To study the status of anxiety of medical college students of Grade one in junior college in Guangxi, and to provide pertinent psychological guidance so as to improve students' psychological health. [Methods] A total of 667 freshers in Liuzhou medical college of Guangxi were surveyed with Hamilton questionnaire, [Results] Total rate of anxiety was 16.6%, among which the rate of definite anxiety was 12.5%, the rate of distinct anxiety was 3,4% and the rate of severe anxiety was 0.7%. According to Hamilton questionnaire, the average scores of students in aspects of different major, gender, nationality, city or country they came from, being the only child or not and loaning or not were not siguificantly different expect for being only child or not. [Conclusions] The anxiety status of medical college students of grade one in Guangxi Medical University is not severe. The psychological status of students with different major, gender, nationality, and the students coming from city or country and loaning or not are almost the same. The only child has the sense of superiority. Loaning can not cause distinct psychological burden of students.
