子宫的卵巢性索样肿瘤报道1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 患者樊某，女，37岁。因“经量增多2^＋月,不规则阴道流血20^＋d”在外院诊断为“子宫肌瘤”行子宫肌瘤剥除术。术中见子宫2^＋月孕大，其后壁8cm×8cm×6cm灰白色实性肿块，境界欠清。双附件（-）。术后当地医院病理诊断为“子宫颗粒细胞瘤”，于术后12d转入我院要求行子宫全切术。术中剖视子宫后壁肌间直径3．5cm的囊腔。囊内有3．2cm×2．5cm×1．6cm灰黄色肿物，
