数字化曲面体层摄影种植床失真率的定量研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究下颌骨种植床数字化曲面体层摄影的水平、垂直失真率。方法收集大小基本一致的40具成人头颅骨标本,在下颌种植床牙槽窝内放置放射模板,使用ORTHOPANTOMOGRAPH OP100 X线机进行数字化曲面体层摄影。在计算机上对放射模板进行测量。结果数字化曲面体层摄影的平均垂直失真率前牙区4.03%、前磨牙区6.06%、磨牙区4.62%;水平失真率前牙区15.76%、前磨牙区15.03%、磨牙区7.00%,水平失真率均大于垂直失真率,且水平失真率变化大,而垂直失真率较为恒定。结论数字化曲面体层摄影中下颌骨各区域垂直失真率明显低于传统曲面体层片,可为种植修复提供更准确的依据。 Objective To know the vertical and horizontal distortion rotes of mandible implant bed in computed orthopantomography. Methods 40 skeletal specimens of adult head were selected. Some reference signs were inserted into the mandible alveolar bone and the computed orthopantomography were taken. Then the corresponding images of the pre - inserted reference signs were measured accordingly with the aid of computer. Results In computed orthopantomography, the average uprightness distortion rotes were 4.03% (anterior teeth), 6.06% (bicuspids), and 4.62% (molars) ; the average horizontal distortion rates were: 15.76% (anterior teeth), 15.03% (bicuspids), and 7.00% (molars). The horizontal distortion rate is higher than the uprightness distortion rate, with a larger variation range than that of the latter Conduslon The uprightness distortion rate in computed orthopantomography is lower than traditional film, which provides a mere exact measurement for dental implant surgery.
