虎门彩色印刷有限公司是东莞是一家著名的民营企业,在剖析了其人力资源管理的特点的基础上,以此为典型的案例分析了我国民营企业人力资源管理发展的趋势.
Humen Color Printing Company Ltd. is a well-known private enterprise in Dongguan. Based on studying the characteristics of its human resources management and some typical cases, this paper analyzes the trend of development in human resources management of private enterprises in China.
