Teaching Files in Colleges:Their Management and Service

在论述高校教学档案管理工作的主要内容和所存在的问题基础上,提出高校教学档案管理服务工作应强化档案服务意识、拓宽档案收集渠道和途径、推进档案管理手段现代化、加大档案管理服务的社会开放性,以期更好地发挥高校教学档案的作用.

Based on the discussion of the teaching files management and its existing problems in colleges, this paper intends to strengthen the consciousncsscs of service, broaden the way of file collection, advance the modernization of the file management devices and enlarge the openness of the file management for social services, so as to bring the role of teaching files into full play.
