知识产权问题是图书馆数字化建设的一个瓶颈.在文献资源数字化、数据库建设和使用、网站建设、信息链接、参考咨询、网络信息传输等过程中都会遇到这一问题.应该提高认识,合理利用法律和技术等手段来规避知识产权纠纷.

The intellectual property is the choke point of the library digitization. This problem exists in such ways as digitization of document resources, database construction and its usage, website construction, information linking, reference service, network information transmission and so on. Wc should increase our public awareness and utilize the legal and technical measures reasonably to evade intellectual property dispute.
