摘要
目的：探讨“乌芨汤”治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法：用“乌芨汤”治疗上消化道出血８０例，并与西医常规治疗６０例比较。结果：两组临床治愈率分别为９７．４４％和８８．３３％，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；平均止血天数分别为４．１天和６．５天，亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：“乌芨汤”治疗上消化道出血疗效显著，较西医常规治疗为优。
Objective:To explore the effect of “Wu Ji Tang” on upper gastrointestinal tract hemo rrhage (UGH).Methods:80 cases of UGH treated with“ Wu Ji Tang” and compared with treatment with western medicine in 60 cases.Results:Cure rate is 97 44% in “Wu Ji Tang” group and 88 33% in western medicine group respectively,it suggested obvious difference between two groups( P <0 01).The average duration of stopping bleeding is 4 1 days and 6 5 days,respectively ( P <0 01).Conclusions:“Wu Ji Tang” has obvious therapeutic effect in treatment of UGH and superior to treatment with routine western medicine.
