充血性心力衰竭患者红细胞内 ATP 酶、超氧化物歧化酶、钠、钾、钙、镁和血清脂质过氧化物的变化及其相互关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心肌细胞内ATP酶、钠、钾、钙、镁、脂质过氧化的变化及其相互关系。方法:以红细胞为模型,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定30例CHF患者红细胞内钠、钾、钙、镁离子浓度([Na+]RBC、[K+]RBC、[Ca2+]RBC、[Mg2+]RBC),并且同步测定了红细胞内ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量,并以30例正常人作对照。结果:①CHF患者LPO、[Ca2+]RBC、[Na+]RBC均显著高于正常人(P均<0.05),红细胞Na+K+ATPase、Ca2+Mg2+ATPase、SOD、[K+]RBC、[Mg2+]RBC均显著低于正常人(P均<0.05),其变化的趋势与心力衰竭程度相平行。②Na+K+ATPase与LPO之间呈负相关(r=-0.7125,P<0.05);Ca2+Mg2+AT-Pase与LPO之间呈负相关(r=-0.7432,P<0.01),与SOD之间呈正相关(r=0.7190,P<0.05);[K+]RBC与Na+K+ATPase之间呈正相关(r=0.5200,P<0.05);Ca2+Mg2+ATPase与[Ca2+]? Objective:To research the changes on ATPase,Na +,K +,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ and lipid peroxide(LPO) in myocardial cell and the relationship among them in 30 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and 30 cases of health.Methods:The red blood cell (RBC) was used as model for study.The concentration of Na +、K +、Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in RBC were measured with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.In the meantime,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and ATPase in RBC,the concentration of serum LPO were measured simultaneous.Results:①The levels of LPO、[Ca 2+ ] and in RBC in patients with CHF were significantly higher than health (all P <0 05),while the levels of Na +K +ATPase,Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase,SOD, and [Mg 2+ ] in RBC were lower obviously than health(all P <0 05).The more severe of CHF the abnormal were them.②The level of LPO was negatively related to Na +K +ATPase( r =-0 7125, P <0 05),the LPO was negatively related to Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase( r =-0 7432, P <0 01),the SOD was positively related to Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase( r =0 7190, P <0 05),the activity of Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase was negatively related to Ca 2+ ( r =-0 6300, P <0 05)and positively related to Mg 2+ ( r =0 5000, P <0 05),the content of K + was positively related to Na +K +ATPase( r =0 5200, P <0 05).Conclusions:These data showed that lipid peroxidation may depress the ATPase activity and thus cause the changes of cation which is an important pathogenesis of CHF.
