放射性核素骨显像在骨良性病变中的临床价值(附170例分析) 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究放射性核素骨显像在诊断骨良性病变方面的价值。方法静脉注射740~1110MBq(20—30mCi)^99Tc^m-MDP,静脉注射后2~4小时显像,分别采集前后及后前位图,全身采集计数1000×10^3,必要时加做斜位、侧位片或三时相显像。结果170例骨良性病变患者中,最多发是骨质疏松症,其次外伤骨折及缺血性骨病,再者结核及炎症、肾性骨病、糖尿病骨病、骨良性肿瘤、原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症等。发现病灶总数929个,主要累及病灶是脊椎、关节、肋骨及四肢骨,分别为396、275、138及102个,分别占病灶总数42、63%、29、60%、14.85%及10.98%。结论骨显像不但在发现骨转移及肿瘤学方面发挥重要作用,而且在骨良性病变中的地位也越来越显著。 Objective To investigate the value of radionuclide bone imaging in diagnosing bone benign lesion. Methods Radionuclide bone imaging Was performed after 2 - 4 hours in intravenously injecting 740 - 110MBq (20 - 30 mCi ) ^99 Tc^m-MDP. The collection count of whole body was 1000 × 10^3 with A-P position and P-A position. Loxosis or lateral projection or three phase imaging was performed p. r. n. Results The incidence of 170 patients with bone benign lesion was osteoporosis, trauma bone fracture and ischemic osteonosus, phymatiosis and inflammation, renal osteodystrophy, DM osteonosus, bone benign tumor, primary hyperparathyroidism and so on. The main involve part was vertebrae, joint, costa and limbs bone in 929 discovered focuses. The numbe and percent was 396, 275, 138, 102 and 42.63%, 29.60%, 14. 85%, 10. 98% respecitvely. Conclusion Radionuclide bone imaging play a important role not only in discovering osseous metastasis and onology but also bone benign lesion.
