摘要 对来源于多种植物和其他生物的IPI蛋白特性、亚细胞定位及其亲缘关系等方面进行生物信息学分析和电子预测,为研究IPI家族蛋白的酶学特性和萜类生物合成的分子机理提供一定的理论依据。 Plant isoprenoids were derived from the common 5-carbon precursors IPP (isopentenyl diphosphate) and its allylic isomer DMAPP (dhnethylallyl diphosphate ). Isopentenyl diphosphate isomerase was the key enzyme that catalyzed the reversible conversion of IPP and DMAPP. The expression level of IPIs regulated the metabolic flux of the 5-carbon precursors pools and was considered to be the switch of the downstream pathways. Bioinformafic analysis was carried out to compute the enzymatic characteristics, the subcellular localization and the relative relationship of IPIs from many plants and other organisms, which provided some theoretic evidence to the related research in enzymatic characteristics of IPIs family protein and the molecular mechanism of isoprenoids biosynthesis.
