法国番鸭不同孵化阶段蛋壳内钙·磷含量的变化研究

Study on the Changes of Calcium and Phosphorus Contents in the Eggshells of France Muscovy Duck in Different Hatching Stages

[目的]为了了解法国番鸭胚胎发育期间钙、磷的吸收利用规律。[方法]通过对不同孵化时期法国番鸭蛋壳内钙、磷含量及比例进行测定,研究了不同孵化阶段蛋壳内钙、磷含量的变化。[结果]随着孵化时间的延长,蛋壳内钙、磷含量呈现逐渐降低的规律性。0～20胚龄,蛋壳内钙变化相对较小,20胚龄时钙含量突然降低,并持续至35d出雏;磷含量变化从8胚龄开始,28胚龄达最大,0～8和28～35胚龄蛋壳中吸收磷较少。孵化期间,8～28胚龄钙磷吸收比例呈逐渐上升趋势。[结论]孵化前期,钙的吸收较低,中后期较高,出雏前4d钙吸收最多。磷孵化前期变化不明显,中期较为明显,后期趋于稳定。该研究符合禽类胚胎发育规律。

[Objective]The aim of the research was to study the absorption and utilization laws of calcium and phosphorus during embryonic development period of France Muscovy duck. [Method] By determining the calcium content, phosphorus content and their proportion in the eggshells of France Muscovy duck in different hatching stages, the changes of calcium and phosphorus contents in its eggshells in different incubation stages were studied. [Result] With the extension of incubation time, the contents of calcium and phosphorus in eggshells were gradually reduced, calcium content changed relatively small at the embryo age of 0-20 days, decreased suddenly at embryo age of the 20th day and continued until the 35th day when was hatching. Phosphorus content changed from the embryo age of 8th day and the largest at embryo age of the 28th day. And the absorption of Phosphorus was small at the embryo age of 0～8 days and 28～35 days. During the hatching period, the proportion of calcium and Phosphorus absorptions trended gradually to rise at the embryo age of 8 ～28 days. [Conclusion] The absorption of calcium was lower at early incubation stage, higher in middle-late incubation stage and most in the 4 days before hatching. The changes of phosphorus absorption were not significant in early incubation stage, were more significant at middle stage, and trended to be stable at late incubation. The research accorded with the development laws of poultry embryos.
