布氏杆菌病的检测与防治

Detection and Control of Brucellosis

布氏杆菌病是由布氏杆菌(Brucella)引起的以流产和发热为特征的一种全世界广泛分布的人畜共患慢性细菌传染病,严重威胁着人和多种动物的生命健康。布氏杆菌可感染人类、多种家畜和野生动物,引起相似的临床症状与病理损伤,如发热、流产与不育、慢性关节炎及神经损害等,导致巨大的经济损失和严重的公共卫生问题。在世界许多国家,布氏杆菌对反刍动物和猪的感染都很严重,由于部分野生动物也感染了布氏杆菌,将对人和家畜构成一种潜在的危害。对布氏杆菌病的危害、检测、治疗等方面的若干问题进行了综述。

Brucellosis caused by Brucella was world-wide zoonoses, which was chronic bacterial infectant disease along with abortion and fever. It is a serious threat to the health of human and animal. Brucellosis could infect human, domestic and wild animals and cause similar clinical and pathological symptoms such as fever, abortion, sterility, chronic arthritis and neurological damage, which led to large economic loss and serious public health problem. In many countries of the world, the infection of BruceUa to ruminants and pigs was very serious. Due to the infection of some wild animals, there were potential hazards to human and livestock. The hazards, detection, control and other aspects of brucellosis were elaborated in this paper.
