[目的]为了介绍鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的病原与防治研究进展,从而制定有效的免疫程序。[方法]综述近年来该病的病原学、流行病学、临床诊断、防治等方面的研究进展。[结果]该菌主要感染1～8周龄的雏鸭。主要经过消化道、呼吸道及损伤的皮肤等途径感染,以心包炎、肝周炎、气囊炎、脑膜炎和干酪性输卵管炎为特征。目前已成功研制出弱毒疫苗、灭活疫苗和亚单位疫苗来控制该病。[结论]该研究进展为临床诊治和免疫预防提供了科学依据,但对鸭传染性浆膜炎病理形态学、免疫病理学、血液病理学及其发病机理和免疫机能等仍需进一步研究。

This pathogen mainly infected chicks at the age of 1-8 weeks through the digestive tract, respiratory tract and causes lesion in skins, with characters of pericarditis, parahepatitis, air saculitis, cephalomeningitis and cheese salpingitis, At present, attenuated vaccine, inactivated vaccine and sub-unit vaccine were successfully developed to control this disease, Scientific evidence for the diagnosis and control of the disease were provided in this research progress, But there still needed study on the pathomorphology, immunopathology, hematopathology, as well as the etiopathogenesis and immunologic function of duck infectious hydrohymenitis.
