湿润烧伤膏在植皮创面皮片不扩延时的应用

Application of MEBO When No Extention of Skin Graft Post Dermatoplasty

本科从1990年至今，对65例烧伤创面移植自体皮片虽已成活，但术后2～3周皮片仍不扩延的病者，采用湿润烧伤膏治疗，每天3～4次清洁创面、涂药。皮片5～7天开始扩延，2～3周全部融合，创面愈合。认为湿润烧伤膏加强局部营养，改善局部血液循环，促进上皮细胞再生及皮片扩延。

65 patients were subjected to dermatoplasty.MEBO was applied to those who had skin grafts survived but not extended, until 2 to 3 weeks post operation. MEBO was applied 3 to 4 times every day,after cleaning the wounds. The skin grafts began to extend after 5 to 7 days and fused and heaIed in 2 to 3 weeks. The authors suggested that MEBO helped to improve the nutrition supply and blood circulation of the local area, so that it promoted epithelial regeneration and skin graft extention.
