摘要
切痂术后关节部位疤痕挛缩畸形是烧伤愈后一严重并发症，临床上其畸形的矫治较困难。统计1985年10月份至1995年3月份上下肢烧伤切痴术愈后肘阁部疤痕挛缩畸形21例。讨论了切痂术后皮下脂肪垫的丧失、烧伤异化骨的形成、切痂和保痂等对关节功能的影响。
Deformity due to contraction of scar at joint parts post escharetomy is a severe complication after burn wound healing. Deformity correction is not easy.From october l985 to March l995, we have 21 cases of deformity due to cubitopopliteal scar contraction post escharetomy. A discussion on the factors influencingjoint function is presented.
