摘要
政府绩效就是各级政府履行职责所取得的工作成绩,当前我国政府绩效评价方面存在不少问题。为此,必须重构政府绩效评价的价值标准,科学设计政府绩效评价指标体系,确保服务型政府建设又快又好的推进。
Service oriented government should serve the people and for the people wholeheartedly. Government performance indicated those achievements acquired by government at all levels. But there were some problems in current government performance evaluation. Therefore, value standard of government performance evaluation should be reconstructed. And its index system should be designed scientifically in order to advance the process of service oriented government construction quickly and well.
