摘要
分析了基于技术、信息共享条件下单一采购企业和单一供应商的供应链系统;运用博弈论建立模型,给出了为保障绿色采购活动所需的条件;进一步分析了采购企业激励供应商进行环境友好型生产等活动的条件;并提出了促进绿色采购实施的建议。
Green purchasing is one of major methods of green supply chain management. Moreover, the cooperation between the purchaser and the suppler is the key to the success of green supply chain management. In this paper, the purchasing system of unique purchaser and unique suppler was analyzed based on cooperate game. Required issues contributed to the performance of green purchasing were pointed out. Analysis about the ways to motivate and cooperate closely was put forward. Suggestions for green purchasing implement were also pointed out.
