跨医院患者临床信息数据访问方案的实现

区域医疗信息系统的一个重要问题是实现跨医院异构系统的患者临床信息的访问,集成健康企业(IHE)给出了跨医院检索患者相关临床信息文档的信息集成概要方案。通过在医院信息系统中加入中间件的方法,实现了患者临床相关文档的跨院访问和患者信息的访问授权和保密机制,并在异构系统实现患者标识(PatientID)协议的基础上,完成了跨院患者临床信息数据的整合。

One important problem of regional information system in healthcare is the access to electronic patient records across bealthcare institute boundaries. The Integrating Heahhcare Enterprise initiatively proposes the integration profile of the retrieve information for display that enables a user to retrieve and display patients＇related documents cross hospitals. The middleware is added to HIS to realize the cross-hospital data acceas to clinical information with access authorization and privacy regulations. Besides, the integration of cross-hospital patients＇ clinical information is achieved based on the realization of Patient ID protocol in different systems.
