摘要
目的回顾性总结捆绑式胰肠吻合术在Ⅲ级以上胰腺损伤中的应用价值和治疗经验。方法对1999年3月～2007年3月我院收治的18例Ⅲ级以上胰腺损伤患者实行捆绑式胰空肠Roux-Y吻合术。结果全组术后无一例发生胰瘘等并发症,较多地保留了胰腺的组织和功能。结论捆绑式胰肠吻合术在Ⅲ级以上胰腺损伤的治疗过程中,不仅可以预防胰瘘的发生,而且可以缩短手术时间,保留较多的胰腺组织和功能。
Objective To retrospectively summary the applied value and therapy experiences of binding pancreaticojejunostomy on patients with more than grade Ⅲ pancreatic injury. Methods Binding pancreaticojejunostomy was performed in 18 cases with more than grade Ⅲ pancreatic injury from March 1999 to March 2007. Results No pancreatic leakage occurred, meanwhile pancreatic tissues and functions were reserved. Conclusion Binding pancreaticojejunostomy procedure in the treatment of more than grade Ⅲ pancreatic injury can not only prevent the pancreatic leakage, but also can shorten operating time and reserve more pancreatic tissues and functions.
