产业结构、工业化程度与地区差距的实证分析

The Empirical Analysis of Industry Structure,Industrialization Degree and Regional Disparities in China

用一种反映产业结构差异程度的新方法测算了我国2003年各省区产值结构和就业结构的整体水平,并据此对各省区的工业化程度进行了判断,随后对产业结构(工业化程度)和地区差距之间的关系进行了计量分析。实证结果表明我国各省区产业结构和工业化水平的差异程度是形成地区差距的重要原因,其意味着缩小地区差距的根本途径在于尽快实现落后地区的结构转型以及提升其工业化水平。

This article firstly develops a statistical index which may reflects the industrial structure difference degree between the area , secondly surveys the difference degree of output value structure and the employment structure between provincial areas of China in 2003, thirdly judges the industrialization degree of provincial areas , and lastly analyzes the relations between regional disparities and the industrial structure by means of the cross - section data in 2003. The empirical results show that the differences of industry structure can fully account for regional economic disparities. Its policy meaning is that the basic way to reduce the regional disparities is to realize structure transfer of backwardness area as soon as possible.
