摘要
随着全球经济一体化和中国加入WTO,中国市场将吸引更多的外国企业来华投资。“夷夏之别,不在种族而在文化”,来自不同社会制度、不同文化背景的各方,在共同创办企业时,必然有文化差异存在,而文化差异往往会引起文化摩擦和冲突。在这种历史条件下,跨国企业要生存和发展,就必须重视跨文化管理。跨国公司的管理是一种跨文化管理,而跨文化管理的核心是对文化差异的管理。跨国公司跨文化差异管理的成效成为影响跨国公司经营成败的关键因素之一。
With the global economy integration and China entry WTO, the market will attract more foreign company to invest in China. The difference between China and foreign countries lies in culture not in race. People who come from different regime and different culture establish the joint-venture enterprise in which cultural difference greatly affects the management. In the joint-venture enterprise, cultural difference must bring cultural friction and cultural conflict. On such historical condition, multinational has to attach important to across cultural management, if it wants to exist and develop. So multinational corporation's management is charaeteristic of an across cultural management, and the focus of across cultural management is cultural difference, which will be the main factor for a multinational coporation to succeed.
