摘要 舒适性的好坏很大程度上取决于车辆的悬架减振系统。汽车振动是影响汽车性能的重要因素,这种振动会严重地影响汽车的平顺性和操纵稳定性。因此车辆的减振十分重要,本文针对车辆悬架减振系统,利用AMESIM建立1/4车体力学模型进行仿真,从平顺性的角度对系统进行分析。在建立1/4车体力学模型的基础上,改变模型参数,即可对该系统性能进行分析。缩短了开发周期,节约了成本。并对结果进行分析,证明了该方法简单且切实可行,以及利用该软件建模的方便性。 The comfort is greatly decided by suspension system for a vehicle, and important factor which impact automobile performance is vibration, and vehicle riding and handling stability characteristics is impacted badly by this vibration. So damping vibration for vehicle seems very important, to aim at the System of Suspension on a Vehicle, building the modal of l/4 vehicle with AMESIM to do the simulation, and analyzing the riding characteristics are described in the paper. Based on built of 1/4 vehicle modal, it' s very convenient to analyze the performance of system by modifying the parameters. It can make the development circle shorter, and lower the cost. The results show that this is an easy and feasible method, and the convenience of utilizing AMESIM to build the vehicle modal.
