摘要
新建洋山港和扩建宁波港两方案的成本收益分析表明,扩建宁波港明显优于新建洋山港,因此新建洋山港的决策是不合适的。
As is revealed by the result of the cost-benefit analysis of building a new Yangshan Harbor, expanding the Ningbo Harbor, in terms of economic revenue, is an obviously better choice in comparison with building a new Yangshan Harbor. So it is a wrong choice to build a new Yangshan Harbor.
