通络Ⅳ号方对脑梗死急性期患者血清NSE及神经功能缺损的影响 被引量:2

Effects of "Tongluo Ⅳ" on Serum Neuron-Specific Enolase (NSE) and Nerve Deficit in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的观察通络Ⅳ号治疗脑梗死急性期的临床疗效及神经保护作用。方法将70例患者(中医辨证为气虚血瘀型)随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例,另设健康组20例。对照组按脑梗死常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用通络Ⅳ号;观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前和治疗后14d、28d神经功能缺损积分、血清NSE浓度变化情况。结果急性脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度明显升高(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组治疗后血清NSE均下降;治疗28d时,治疗组NSE浓度下降较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者症状和神经功能缺损的改善也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通络Ⅳ号能改善脑梗死急性期神经功能缺损和血清NSE浓度,有较好的临床疗效。 Objective To observe the effects of "Tongluo Ⅳ " on cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy cases of acute cerebral infarction ot ql deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and therapeutic group. Control group Was applied routine treatment and therapeutic group was given "Tongluo Ⅳ" besides routine treatment. Clinical efficacy, nerve deficit score, and serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE) concentration were observed before, 14 days after, and 28 days after treatment separately. Results Serum NSE was increased significantly in acute cerebral infarction patients (P〈 0.01). After treatment, serum NSE of both groups decreased. 28 days after treatment, NSE decreased more significantly in therapeutic group than in control group (P〈 0.05); and the clinical symptoms and nerve deficit were improved more remarkably in therapeutic group than in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion "Tongluo Ⅳ" can improve nerve deficit and reduce serum concentrations of NSE to treat acute cerebral infarction.
