法对健康人腓肠肌肌张力影响的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Effects of Rolling Therapy on Muscular Tension of Gastrocnemius in Healthy Subjects

目的观察[扌衮]法对健康人腓肠肌肌张力的影响。方法选取30名健康志愿者,采用Myotonometer测量右侧腓肠肌[扌衮]法干预前后肌弹性硬度变化,用压力-位移曲线线下面积（AUC）来描述肌肉弹性硬度和肌肉顺应性（弹性硬度的倒数）变化。以左侧腓肠肌作为空白对照。结果手法干预前右侧腓肠肌静息状态AUC=18.94±2.4,干预后AUC=20.59±2.00（P〈0.01）;手法干预前右侧腓肠肌收缩时AUC=13.88±2.89,干预后AUC=14.55±3.69（P=0.06）。结论法可以显著降低健康人腓肠肌静息状态肌张力。

Objective To observe the effects of rolling therapy on muscular tension of gastrocnemius in healthy subjects. Methods Myotonometer was adopted to measure muscular elasticity rigidity changes of the right-sided gastrocnemius in 30 healthy volunteers before and after rolling therapy, and at the same time area under curve （AUC） was used to describe the changes of muscular elasticity rigidity and muscular compliance. The left-sided gastrcnemius was considered as blank control. Results The static right-sided gastrocnemius before intervention of rolling therapy showed AUC=1 8.94±2.4, and after intervention, AUC=20.59±2.00, t=4.84, P 〈 0.01 ： the right-sided gastrocnemius contraction before intervention of roiling therapy showed AUC=13.88±2.89,and after intervention, AUC=14.55±3.69, t=1.95,P= 0.06. Conclusion Rolling therapy can markedly relieve static muscular tension of gastrocnemius in healthy subjects.
