特发性血小板减少性紫瘢血清氧自由基水平

摘要 目的:探讨氧自由基与特发性血小板减少性紫瘢(ITP)关系,观察维生素C对氧自由基的清除作用。方法:采用放免法测定ITP血清丙二醛(MDA),总超氧化物歧化酶(TSOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物歧化酶(GSHPx)水平,并给予维生素C治疗。结果:32例ITP血清MDA、TSOD、MnSOD水平较正常人高(P<001),GSHPx水平正常(P>005);维生素C治疗后,氧自由基水平下降(P<001)。结论:氧自由基水平升高可能与ITP有关,维生素C具有清除氧自由基的作用。 Objective: The aim is to investigate the correlation between oxygen free redicals and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),and the redical scavenge effect of vitmin C was observed.Methods: Serum levels of malonaldehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) were detected in 32 cases of ITP by RIA,and treatment of vitmine C was given.Results: In ITP Serum level of MDA was higher than that in normal individual ( P<0.01 ),T SOD,Mn SOD were lower ( P <0.01), serum level of GSH Px was at normal ( P >0.05).After treatment with vitmine C,the level of oxygen free redical was decreased( P <0.01).Conclusion:Oxygen free redical may be related to ITP,vitmine C has effect of redical scavenge.
