摘要
中共十六届六中全会做出了《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》,进一步突出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重要地位。和谐社会是良性运行和谐发展的社会,是公平正义、稳定有序、充满活力、治理良好、意识健康、人与自然和谐相处的社会。据此,我们构造了一个由6个方面25个具体指标组成的指标体系,并利用这个指标体系对北京和上海两个城市的社会和谐程度进行了初步的评价。
＂Decision on Some Major Issues concerning Building a Socialist Harmonious Society＂ was put forward in the 16th Sixth Plenary Session of the Party Central Committee, which emphasizes the important status to build socialist harmonious society. Harmonious society is positive operation and includes 6 aspects of fair justice, stability, full of vitality, good governance, healthy awareness and harmonious relationship between human and nature. On this ground, this paper constructs an index system which includes 6 aspects by 25 concrete index and makes use of this index system to evaluate the degree of social harmonious in Beijing and Shanghai.
