摘要
红果寺炼镁用白云岩矿是北京地区普查评价的第二个炼镁用白云岩矿床。矿体呈层状，单斜构造，赋存于雾迷山组三段地层中，出露较高，位于侵蚀基准面之上，适于露采。矿石平均品位：MgO21．08％，CaO30．10％，SiO21．89％，K2O＋Na2O0．14％，CaO／MgO1．37-1．38，属优质炼镁用白云岩。该矿的发现为在北京地区此类矿产的勘查和白云岩的深层次开发利用，具一定意义。
The magnesium-smelting dolomite ore deposit of Hongguosi is the second similar deposit which have been reconnoitred and evaluated in Beijing area. The ore body is monoclinic layer stractrue lying in the strata of the third member of Wumishan Formation, Jixian System (Jxw3). The ore body is outcropped in higher level than the lowest erosional level, so it can be opencut mining. The average composition of ore is: MgO 21.08%, CaO 30'.10%, SiO2 1. 89%, K2O＋Na2O 0. 14%, CaO/MgO 1.37-1. 38. It will be a high quality magnesium-smelting dolomite. The discovery of this deposit will contribute a good significance to the prospecting and deep exploitation of dolomite deposit in Beijing area.
