中国防伪技术协会属公安部主管，经民政部登记注册的国家一级社会团体。在公安部和政府有关部门的领导下，在全国范围内组织开展对防伪技术的研究、开发、推广工作。
China Anti-counterfeit Technology Association is a national class social organization, registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Public Security. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and other administrative branches, it launches a nationwide campaign of research, development and promotion in the field of anti-counterfeit technology. Since its establishment in 1995, by the guideline of utilising anti-counterfeit technology to serve the maintenance public security and national economic construction, it makes proactive contribution by collective efforts to promote the development of anti-counterfeit technology in China. With year-long efforts, the organization gradually expands into an anti-counterfeit association of 350 memberships.
