长江最大油港消防安全现状调研分析与对策

2005年11月13日，位于松花江畔的中石油吉林石化分公司双苯厂发生爆炸火灾事故，除造成重大人员伤亡和经济损失外，还引发松花江重大污染事件，在国内外造成不良影响。前车之鉴，具有易燃易爆危险性及临江装卸生产作业特点的长江最大油港——南京港股份有限公司是否会重蹈覆辙，难免让人担忧。

The article investigates the status quo of fire prevention in the Nanjing Port Co.,Ltd.After the investigation,the article urges that the port,which is highly flammable and explosive and which is the largest oil loading and unloading port on the Yangtze River,should take a lesson from the explosion in the China Petroleum Jilin Branch and strengthen the work of fire prevention.
