Reciprocity of Fire Engineering Safety Management and Insurance System

建筑工程消防安全管理（以下简称“建筑消防管理”）是贯彻落实“预防为主、防消结合”消防工作方针的重要组成部分。现行的单一行政强制性管理手段已不适应生产力发展水平和建筑消防技术进步的要求，本文以现代管理学的视角，对如何建立建筑消防管理与保险制度的良性互动机制进行了初步研究。

Fire engineering safety management is an important part to carry out the fire policy that both prevention and extinction are important but prevention is principal.Singular and administrative management methods can not meet the requirement of developing productivity level and fire technique progress any more.Under such circumstances,this article takes the view of modern management to analyze how to establish a favorable reciprocal mechanism of fire engineering safety management and insurance system.
