The Surgical Treatment of the Tibial Platform-fracture

目的:了解胫骨平台骨折的手术内固定和植骨治疗的意义。方法:系统地回顾了2003年至2006年期间我院对20例胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗,分析了不同的时间和不同内固定方法的利弊。结果:在20例中,19例优良,1例差伴延迟愈合。术后未发生感染、不愈合、关节僵硬或强直及内固定断裂。结论:尽早地手术内固定加植骨治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效明显,可以避免各种并发症的发生。

Objective ： To explore the significance of internal fixation and/or transplanting bone in the treatment of the Tibial platform- fracture. Methods： 20 patients with surgical treatment from 2003 year to 2006 year were reviewed systematically. The advantages and disadvantages of different operation methos and different operation time were analysed. Results ： Among the 20 cases ,19 cases acquired good result . 1 case had dissatisfing result of delayed healing. Nobody had joint stiffness, ankylosis and infection. Conclusion ： Effective internal fixation or transplanting bone has significant healing effect on the treatment of the tibial platform - fracture in early stages and decrease the incidence of complications.
