摘要
本文运用对立统一的观点,揭示了太极拳中的矛盾运动,以期能够为广大太极拳爱好者比较深入地认识太极拳、习练太极拳提供理论指导。
In this paper, based on the theory of opposing and unity, the author reveal the eontradietory movement of taijiquan, so as to provide the theory direction for the vast taijiquan amateurs.
