先秦儒家哲学蕴藏着丰富的管理思想资源。对儒家管理思想进行回望、拾粹、提炼及整合,对于社会管理的发展和进步,无疑具有重大的理论与现实意义。
The pre - Qin Confucian philosophy is containing the rich management thought resources. Today flourishes more and more daily which in the globalization, manages the thought to the Confucianism to took back and pick up populism, refined and the modem conformity, to the social management development and the progress, has the great theoretical and the practical significance without doubt.
