摘要 目的:通过分析病原菌的耐药性,为临床合理用药及控制细菌耐药性的发展提供参考。方法:细菌鉴定用VITEK-32全自动微生物分析系统及常规法鉴定。药敏试验采用K-B纸片扩散法。结果:分离的病原菌有以下特点:①革兰阴性杆菌分离率明显高于革兰阳性球菌。②耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌百分比增高。③肠杆菌属、枸橼杆菌属、变形杆菌属、铜绿假单胞菌耐药率明显增高。结论:病原菌对常用的抗生素产生程度不等的耐药性,临床应及时掌握病原菌对抗生素耐药的新动态。 Objective:To investigate the distribution and drug Resistance analysis of pathogens and provide useful information for the clinical treatment. Methods : Strains were identified by VITEK - 32 automated microbe system Among and classical methods. The drug resistance were measured by standard K - B assay methods. Results : ① 1280 strains, isolated rate of Gram negative is higher than Gram positive. ②Isolated rate of MRSA is high. ③The rate of resistance to antibiotic of Enterococcus, Citrobacter,Proteus ,P. aeruginosa are high. Conclusions: :The resistance rates to common antibiotic in pathogens are various degrees, clinical physicians should select antimicrobial carefully and understand trend of pathogens resistance to antibiotics in time.
