Based on the analysis of the challenge faced with by the management system of electronic documents in high academy,the man- agement system of electronic documents in high academy is located and the characteristic of the system is also given in this paper.Finally,the chief function modules of the management system are put forward and the functions of the above modules are introduced in great detail.
