摘要
政务信息传输系统是市级政府电子政务的一项有效应用，在不改变原来的工作流程、工作习惯和管理制度条件下，充分利用和整合现有的网络资源，解决网络构建和信息传输中的一些技术问题，就能构建起网络传输平台，开展切实有效的业务应用。
The information transfer system of governmental affairs is a kind of effective application of electron government affairs at city-level government without changing the original work flow, work custom,and condition of control system. By making full use of existing network resources and conforming existing network resources in solving some technical problems of network construction and information transmission, it can construct a network transmitting platform and provide a practical and effective service of application.
