法官的职业性质及其在法治社会中的地位和作用,使人们有理由对其有更高的职业道德要求。然而,我国法官队伍职业道德的现状距离理想状态还有很大的差距。因此,围绕法官的职业道德精神和核心内容,设计和制定体现法官职业特性、有着内在逻辑关系的道德规范体系,建立法官职业道德的培养、监督和惩戒机制,就成为中国法治建设中的一个重要而紧迫的任务。

The professional characters of judges and their status and role in the legal society make it reasonable for people to make higher requests on judges＇ professional ethics. However, there exists a large gap between the status of judges＇ professional ethics in our country and the ideal state. Therefore, it is an important and pressing task in the construction of ruling with law in China to plan and establish ethics sys- tem, which embodies the professional characters of judges and has inner logic, and to set up the mechanism of cultivation, supervision and punishment for judges＇ professional ethics, around the spirits and the core content of judges＇ professional ethics.
