摘要
为了满足灌浆工程中水泥粉煤灰浆液密度的精确计量,设计了一种非接触在线动态监测水胶比的核密度装置。该装置的监测原理是基于水泥粉煤灰浆液对γ射线的衰减特性,衰减量和浆液的密度有关,在确定射源强度、射线探测器和待测浆液厚度的基础上,通过数学模型可以计算出浆液密度和水胶比。实验结果表明:该仪器具有稳定性好、精度和灵敏度高、响应速度快等特点,在高温、潮湿、高灰尘的恶劣施工现场能正常工作。
In order to measure accurately water-pastern ratio of cement fly ash grout in grouting engineering,an unclear device of measuring water-pastern ratio is designed. It is based on γ-rays weakening characteristic when γ- rays go through cement fly ash grout, weakening amount is relative to grout densit. When rays intensity, ray-locator and cement fly ash gout thickness are defined, the grout density and water pastern ratio can be calculated by mathematics model. Experiment results show that the device has the characteristics of good stability, high precision and sensitivity, quick response and so on, and it can work normally under high temperature, damp and dust environment.
