摘要
冷却管疲劳断裂的原因是由于高速汽流冲击使铜管产生振动而引起的高周疲劳断裂;冷凝器铜管的工作环境使疲劳极限大为降低,加剧了疲劳裂纹的扩展。
Reason of condenser cooling tube cracking was HF fatigue failure due to high speed steam flow impacting copper pipe which caused vibration. The fatigue limit of condenser copper tube was reduced by working condition which aggravated the spread of crack.
